Are you a skilled professional with a strong background in accounting and a passion for excellence in retail operations? We're looking for a Counter Operations Manager to lead and optimize counter services across our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Counter Operations: Ensure smooth cashiering processes and efficient transaction handling across all branches.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Implement and monitor adherence to financial policies, including cash handling, transaction accuracy, and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor counter staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Financial Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of cash registers and ensure accurate daily reporting of financial transactions.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement counter procedures to improve speed and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers, finance, and HR teams to address operational challenges and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, cashiering, or retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and financial software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to different branch locations as needed.
