Employee in this job deals with guest and takes care of inquiries. Often supplies information to the general public, clients and guests. Must be knowledgeable in the promos and packages offered by the company. Should act in a professional manner, and be friendly and polite to the guests. make sure that all items in this station is in accordance with company standard operating procedures, policies, rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Comes to work in good health condition and in proper grooming standard.

  2. Adheres to opening and closing procedures

  3. Must be professional, friendly and polite towards guests.

  4. Welcome the guests with warm greetings

  5. Attends to bookings/reservations/functions

  6. Attends to general customer service

  7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility.

  8. Prepares report as required by the supervisor.

  9. Perform other duties as required by management.

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

· At least Six (6) months relevant work experience

· Preferably college level or high school graduate

· Presentable and with pleasing personality

· With Jolly personality; physically fit

· Must be computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
