Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time, Shifting Schedule


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Feedmill Department. The role is responsible for managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and meeting output targets in a safe and efficient manner.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering course
  • Knowledgeable in production planning, process control, and quality assurance
  • Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, and environmental compliance standards
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, able to supervise and train operators and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the Feedmill Department to achieve output and quality targets
  • Monitor production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure proper utilization of resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP, and company standards during operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating with Maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Review and analyze production reports, address variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency
  • Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to enhance skills, performance, and adherence to company policies
