Job Summary:

Generally responsible in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of production operations by supervising team leaders and organizing and monitoring work flow. Tasked to plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Business Management
  • With at least 2 years supervisory experience; experience working on a plant is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Ability to create and follow schedules
  • Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for departmental practices required
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with the team and other departments professionally
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass production deadlines
