The Product Trainer is responsible for training, guiding, and supporting sales promoters both online and in the field to ensure they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards. This role helps improve promoter performance and ensures consistent, high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train new and existing sales promoters on product features, selling skills, and customer service.
  • Conduct field coaching and on-the-job training at store locations.
  • Monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure promoters follow brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
  • Report field activities, store issues, and training progress to the supervisor.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and product launches as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or field training is a plus point
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide promoters.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
  • Willing to travel to different locations
  • Knowledgeable in Power point presentation, Excel & Word
  • Preferably residing in CDO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
