Qualifications:

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer

· With 2-3 years experience in mechanical engineering design and project implementation within the construction industry

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings

· Proficient in AutoCAD and other design tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Self-motivated and pro-active and is able to accomplish task without direct oversight

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Planned and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the work schedule, costings, and budget.

· Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and shop drawings in compliance with project specifications and standards.

· Conducts toolbox meetings, site inspections and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of mechanical components.

· Ensure all mechanical engineering projects comply with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.

· Attend client and contractor meetings and provide technical expertise during project

· Evaluate the progress of works and submit daily, weekly, and monthly detailed construction activity reports.

· Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for senior management.

· Assess and evaluate contractors' and sub-contractors' progress billing based on actual milestones or accomplishments
