Join the dynamic team at The Grandew Corporation as a Merchandiser. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal presentation and availability of our products in retail stores. What you'll be doing

  • Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular basis to inspect product displays, stock levels, and overall store presentation
  • Restocking and replenishing products as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Arranging and organising product displays to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience
  • Communicating with store managers to understand their needs and requirements, and providing feedback to the wider team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of store visits, product movements, and other key metrics
  • Collaborating with the wider merchandising and sales teams to ensure consistent execution across all retail locations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a merchandising, retail, or customer-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently to address challenges
  • Familiarity with retail inventory management and display best practices
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of a growing retail brand
