The Product Management Support is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Product Manager in managing multiple product categories. Duties include maintaining product records, coordinating product launches, monitoring inventory levels, assisting in market research, and preparing performance reports. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as familiarity with gadgets and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing product strategies and promotions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for product availability, pricing, and deliveries
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and inventory movement
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and product performance metrics
  • Help manage product listings, specifications, and documentation
  • Support in product launches, marketing activities, and merchandising plans
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate product databases and ensure up-to-date information
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to product management operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With or without experience (experience in product management, merchandising, or data analysis is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Interest or background in gadgets, retail, or technology industry is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site and during weekends or holidays if needed

Work Setup:

  • Office-based (may collaborate with stores or suppliers)
  • 6-day work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
