Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PHT

This role is approximately 70% technical implementation and 30% light project coordination. You will deliver well-scoped projects (typically under 200 hours) while working with, and being overseen by, a Project Manager.

In an MSP context, you will plan your tasks, own schedules and cutovers, coordinate with the Service Desk/NOC, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure a clean handover to BAU.

Job Description:

  • On-prem/cloud to cloud migrations to M365 using tools such as Code 2, bittitan etc.

  • Setting up or redesigning company sharepoints including folder structure, permission structure and best practice advice

  • Power automate tasks such as archiving data from previous years into an archive location

  • Setting up fresh or redesigning of M365 tenants and aligning with the required security baseline

  • Use Powershell script to run both from M365 cloud shell, and our automation platform

  • Project client meetings to understand requirements and to assist in creating project scopes.

  • Train and mentor the internal team who will support the environment upon implementation.

  • Research - Project engineers are consistently being assigned new tools & technologies that are a first for the business, and basic operating procedures must be created

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams), Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot.

  • PowerShell & Power Automate

  • Networking fundamentals and firewalls.

  • Awareness of security baselines in M365, including conditional access, device compliance, device configuration, etc.

  • Confident hands-on implementation and troubleshooting across the core stack above

  • 3–5 years in an MSP or similar multiclient environment

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS102, MD102, AZ104 etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts or tooling, with examples available in a public code repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), is considered an advantage
