Work Shift: Monday-Friday/ Night Shift 9:30 PM- 6:30 AM PHT

We are looking for an Azure Specialist to provide advanced remote support and management of client cloud environments. The role involves maintaining and optimizing Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 systems, and hybrid server environments. You will handle escalated technical issues, perform cloud migrations, manage backups and recovery, and ensure the reliability and security of Azure-based solutions.

This role also provides support in the deployment, installation, and maintenance of systems.

• Providing remote assistance to end users for issues escalated from Level 1 support.
• Delivering support for workstation-, server-, and networking systems.
• Installation, monitoring and managing of client cloud infrastructure.
• Support and change management of Microsoft (Office) 365 and Azure systems.
• Establishing, operating, and maintaining data communication systems.
• Installing, monitoring, and supporting web server hard- and software.
• Performing server backup and recovery operations.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Site Recovery
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Proficient with Microsoft Server, Hyper-V virtualization, and RMM/ticketing systems
• Skilled in networking, cloud monitoring, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (Veeam, StorageCraft, Barracuda, Azure Site Recovery)
