Foodchow is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Coordinator to support our finance operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth financial processes within our food service distribution—covering everything from monitoring daily sales to managing supplier payments—all with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record daily sales and event-related expenses
  • Prepare and process invoices, collections, and disbursements
  • Assist in payroll preparation and validate timekeeping for staff
  • Reconcile petty cash and liquidations from events
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
  • Assist in monthly reports and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Management Accounting, or BS Accounting Technology.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies.
  • A team player with a positive attitude towards work.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite, or nearby areas.
