Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Silang. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, hiring, and interviewing candidates. The role also involves coordinating training sessions and ensuring effective communication with potential candidates and other stakeholders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
