We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our business development efforts in the construction and trading industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with the ability to drive growth and enhance market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and trading industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and business development plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the construction and/or trading industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to assist in generating leads, closing deals, and build long-term client relationships
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or branding is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Must not be currently employed and can start immediately
