About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator at Global Ink Solution Corporation, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations of sales activities. You will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and assisting in achieving our sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

You will be working closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order processing, and effective customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to client satisfaction and overall company success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory departments to ensure order fulfillment
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally
  • Prepare and consolidate sales reports for management review
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed
  • Ensure all sales documents and processes comply with company policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the ink, printing, or chemical industry is a plus
