Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven THAT SPEAKS FLUENT AND GREAT ENGLISH AND IS GOOD AT TAKING COLD CALLING PHONE CALLS.

Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role is crucial in driving business development and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in B2B sales conversations, effectively negotiating terms and setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of technology sales trends and product offerings to enhance conversations with potential clients.
  • Track performance metrics to measure success in appointment generation.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience in telemarketing or inside sales, particularly within technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, especially Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
  • Ability to engage customers through effective outbound calling techniques.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing outstanding service.
