Position Summary:

The support service personnel shall provide assistance and support to the Engineering Department by performing architectural-related tasks and providing day-to-day assistance in the conduct of their field and office activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Reviews building plans and utilities, bid documents, terms of reference including project justifications, budget analyses, calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for the project.

  2. Plans, directs, and coordinates Architectural activities of the project to the Project Architect, to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

  3. Provides guidelines and technical details of the of the projects to engineers, architects and other professionals in producing plans and drawings.

  4. Reviews the As-Staked and As-Built plans to determine procedures for accomplishing the project, and the allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.

  5. Establishes a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project; confers with project staff to outline the work plan, and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

  6. Reviews/assess the change orders prepared by project staff/engineers and modifies schedules, or shifts/increases resources, in order to reach objective and target of the project.

  7. Confers with project staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; provides the necessary leadership and management support to enhance the efforts of project staff.

  8. Provides periodic reports and project updates for Project Director thru the Project Manager.

  9. Draft rough and technical drawings and blueprints, implementing feedback from engineers and architects.

  10. Keeping up-to-date AUTOCAD drawings of the projects.

  11. Coordinates with the Resident Architect and Engineers for preparation of shop drawings and technical specifications.

  12. Review plans and make recommendations and provide technical advice for material selection and suitability.

  13. Provides periodic reports and project updates for Project Manager thru the Deputy Project Manager.

  14. Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php42,053.00 per month
