We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a background in US Healthcare accounts to join our growing team in Cebu City (onsite). The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling healthcare-related inquiries while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, benefits verification, and general healthcare inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, and claims status
  • Document call details and update patient records accurately in the system
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies at all times
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of CSR experience in a US Healthcare account (BPO or healthcare setting)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with US healthcare terminology (insurance, eligibility, claims, referrals, etc.)
  • Willing and able to work onsite in Cebu City on night shifts
  • Basic computer skills; experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
