Jewelry Sales Staff

  • Attends to customer's queries in a friendly manner
  • Negotiates the price of the item/s with the customers to come up with at mutually agreeable selling price
  • Grants discounts according to the store policies and procedures
  • Does telemarketing to promote sales.
  • Informs customers of the latest item and upcoming promotional sales or events
  • Makes sure that the items returned or retrieved from the customers is exactly the same item that was handed to customer (i.e. no part is missing, brills or stones are intact)
  • Checks layaway accounts

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) years- business related course or equivalent
  • With atleast 6 months relevant experience
  • With good customer service skills
  • Retail sales experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work during Sundays and Holidays
  • Applicants must be willing to work in a mall working environment
  • Willing to start in a seasonal position
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
