About the Company

Our client is a trusted jewelry company specializing in fine jewelry and high-quality crafted pieces. The company is known for its timeless collections, elegant designs, and personalized customer service.

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate or Officer to join their growing team. The role will focus on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing the brand's premium image within store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with new and repeat clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on style, occasion, and preference.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's jewelry collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct jewelry appraisals, product demonstrations, and upselling/cross-selling as needed.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory checks, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock replenishment, product availability, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience — preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, watches, fashion retail, pawnshop, or related industries such as:
  • Luxury Retail / Boutiques (e.g., watches, bags, or designer accessories)
  • Pawnshops / Jewelry Appraisal Companies
  • Gold and Precious Metal Trading / Manufacturing
  • Fashion or Lifestyle Retail Brands
  • High-end Department Stores or Specialty Boutiques
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and confident communicator.
  • Goal-driven, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati, Pasig, or Quezon City, depending on store assignment.
  • Willing to work on a mall-based schedule with 2 days off per week.
