Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, showcasing product features, gemstone qualities, and craftsmanship details.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewelry collection, including materials, design, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards are met to reflect the brand's image.
  • Assist in inventory control, stock counts, and product replenishment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and manage related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in jewelry retail sales or luxury retail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clientele.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry craftsmanship is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:
