We are a jewelry company seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Officer to join our team. We specialize in providing exceptional customer service and luxury products, and we are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of high-end brands.

Job Description:

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for an individual with a proven background as a Client Advisor in prestigious luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Rolex, Cartier, Dior, Prada, as well as local high-end brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and upsell/cross-sell jewelry items.

Utilize persuasive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and close sales.

Customer Service & Relationship Building:

Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience.

Educate customers about jewelry pieces, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.

Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and referrals.

Store Operations & Product Knowledge:

Maintain deep knowledge of the jewelry collections, pricing, and promotions.

Ensure the proper handling, display, and security of jewelry products.

Keep track of stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.

Marketing & Sales Strategies:

Participate in promotional events, online selling, and social media marketing to attract new customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Client Advisor or Sales Officer at luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Rolex, Cartier, Dior, Prada, or similar high-end retailers
  • Knowledge of local luxury brands is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
