URGENT HIRING: SAFETY OFFICER (Cebu Site Deployment)

We are seeking a highly competent and dedicated Safety Officer to join our growing team in Cebu. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the construction industry and a proven track record in implementing effective safety programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering a culture of safety at all times.

Core Functions:

  1. Occupational Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to DOLE, OSH standards, and company safety protocols.

  2. Risk & Hazard Management – Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

  3. Safety Training & Culture Development – Drive awareness and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Compliance with statutory and industry safety standards.

Effective monitoring and reporting of safety performance.

Timely implementation of corrective and preventive safety measures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Zero tolerance for major accidents/incidents in project sites.

100% compliance in mandatory DOLE and internal safety audits.

On-time completion of safety reports, permits, and incident documentation.

At least 90% workforce participation in safety drills and training programs.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Safety Officer (COSHP/OSHP accredited by DOLE).

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of OSH laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
