We're looking for a Sales Support team member who's organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with us. This role is all about making sure our sales operations run smoothly — connecting clients, providers, and our internal team. If you're proactive, customer-focused, and ready to learn the ropes of international sales, this could be the role for you

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and send accurate client quotations
  • Coordinate with providers to source and gather rates
  • Follow up with clients and keep communication warm and professional
  • Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) updated with quotes and activities
  • Help with sales reports and records
  • Assist with credit requests and answer inbound calls
  • Maintain RoRo record sheets and import rate cards for machinery shipments
  • Support the warehousing team with enquiries and rate sourcing
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills with clients and providers
  • Organized and proactive in handling tasks
  • Comfortable using CRMs and Excel/Google Sheets
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Logistics experience is a plus
  • Excited to grow into a bigger role within sales
