About the Role:

Lubrication Engineer will act as primary contact for clients regarding lubrication services and support, and technical resource for the sales team, and to provide expert advice on lubricant selection and application tailored to client.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Establish and maintain strong relationship with the clients.


• Act as primary contact for clients regarding lubrication services and support, and technical resource for the sales team


• Provide expert advice on lubricant selection and application tailored to client


• Assist clients in troubleshooting lubrication related issues and recommend solutions


• Conduct training sessions for internal and external clients on lubrication practices


• Educate clients on the importance of proper lubrication in equipment maintenance


• Make presentation that addresses the current situation, highlights the ensuing problem, forces out consequences of the problem, and therefore offers an appropriate solution.


• Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance,

equipment functions, etc., to the Distributor Management Team

Qualifications:


• Candidate must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer/ Electronic Engineer/ Chemical Engineer


• With good communication and strong Analytical Skills


• With at least two (1-2) years hands-on experience in technical, cement/power plant/food and beverage plants and marine maintenance


• Must be a team-player, results-oriented, and self-motivated


• Must be willing to undergo extensive training, and willing to travel


• Customer-oriented, highly trainable and adept in a fast-paced environment


• Must know how to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle, and with active professional or non-professional driver's license
