Role Description

We are seeking an Operational Specialist for a full-time on-site position based in Makati-Manila. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, supporting sales initiatives, analyzing data for decision-making, coordinating ongoing projects, and maintaining clear communication with team members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations Management and Project Management, with the ability to oversee and execute organizational tasks effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and strategies is an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in operational or project management roles is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
