What The Day Will Look Like

• Preparing and banking premium deposits to assigned invoices
• Return credit premiums or unidentified funds to clients
• Evidence gathering for unidentified deposits
• Co-ordinate and maintain incoming communications with internal and external clients linked to the role
• Oversee and process allocation for exact and non- exact invoices
• Organise and action overdue payment reminder notifications
• Collection of unpaid premium and fee invoices
• Middle tier support to Finance for unclaimed monies
• Ensuring tight daily deadlines are consistently met with minimal errors
• Support new initiatives linked to NZ Payment Operations
• Genpact audit monthly tasks
