About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic company as an Operations Specialist (Chinese/Mandarin). As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients, leveraging your fluency in Chinese/Mandarin to deliver tailored solutions. This full-time role is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices
- Participating in regular training and development to expand your knowledge and skills
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
What we're looking for
- Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment with agent/user feedback experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
