IT Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible for facilitating the timely and effective completion of projects, system development, and other services offered by Technosoft Automotive (TSA). They are in charge of growing and enhancing TSA pool of talents, observing project costs vs. budgets, and is accountable for meeting business objectives of the company's professional service group.

The DM is also instrumental in eliminating any obstacles and issues that may slow down the team's work, negatively affecting product delivery and meeting deadlines, as well as overall in charge of the initiation, planning, development, implementation, monitoring, decision-making, and successful turnover of projects.

Additionally, the DM ensures talents, resources, equipment, methodologies, and procedures are working and fully functioning. They have to solve any problems with all parties involved and supervise the entire project delivery process and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Project Delivery Team. This involves assigning tasks and delivery rhythms, participating in staff selection and recruitment, training new members, and supervising the whole team.
• Managing the budget. The Delivery Manager's tasks include monitoring costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This may also require weekly and monthly reports for the country manager.
• Project and account planning. Delivery Managers are in charge of creating plans & strategies that are as efficient as possible in terms of cost and time in order to guarantee successful project delivery to customers.
• Competency and Performance management: The Delivery Manager ensures that the talents are right & with sufficient skills & competency to successfully deliver, manage risks, and prevent project failures.
• Meeting Deadlines & Client Expectations. Delivery Manager ensures that the team meets project deadlines, serves the correct scope of work, and overall meet clients expecting
• Handling customer problems: Being in contact with and responsible for the entire project cycle, customer problems must also be taken care of by the Delivery Manager in order to manage their resolution.

Soft Skills Required:

• Communication skills: the Delivery Manager has to deal with all players involved in the project: team, client, and any 3rd party partners. For this reason, he/she must have developed excellent communication skills that enable him/her to perform necessary management functions.
• Mitigation and problem-solving - requires ability to work out conflicts related to contracts, scope, deliverables, and client expectations
• Organisational skills: the Delivery Manager must be able to manage and coordinate many different resources and work groups, assigning deliveries and deadlines that can be compatible with the workflow and delivery needs.
• Team leadership: It is essential that the Delivery Manager acts as a glue both within the individual teams and between the different work groups managed by him/her. This will ensure a smooth workflow with as few interruptions as possible.
• Change management: Being able to handle problems and changes is a fundamental skill required of all Delivery Managers, so that any delays and interruptions in processing can be minimised.

Certifications and experiences:

• PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, and Scrum certifications are ideal
• PRINCE2 project management and Six sigma certification would be a definite plus.
• Proficiency in deploying solution-centered methodology is a must.
• Experience and proven success in handling / overseeing ERP, CRM, POS system implementation projects. DMS solution exposure is a major advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accounting (CPA a plus), IT Course or Industrial Engineering
• 15 years of experience in software implementation
• 10 years as IT Delivery Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php140, Php180,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
