Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Schedule: Day Shift

About the Role:

We're seeking a hands-on, execution-focused E-Commerce Manager to build, launch, and optimize Shopify stores across our portfolio. This mid-level role reports directly to the Director and covers end-to-end e-commerce—from store setup to performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Store Builds: Set up Shopify stores from scratch—theme, apps, products, UX, and launch coordination.
  • Site Management & Optimization: Manage daily updates, run A/B tests, implement CRO improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
  • App & Analytics Oversight: Monitor app performance, recommend tools, and track key metrics (CR, bounce rate, funnel health).

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify experience (brand, agency, or freelance).
  • Proven ability to build stores from the ground up.
  • Strong grasp of CRO, A/B testing, and e-commerce funnels.
  • Familiarity with apps like Klaviyo, Attentive, ReConvert, etc.
  • Detail-oriented, UX-focused, mobile-first mindset.
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS or Liquid skills.
  • Excellent written English and high accountability.
