About the Role

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the number one motorcycle dealer in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail stores across Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan & Zambales. As a key leader in our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team of store managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability across the region's portfolio of stores.

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to store managers, fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

Identify and address operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing, merchandising, and logistics.

Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and continuously improve performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a regional or area management role within the retail industry.

Proven success in driving sales and profitability in a multi-site retail environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
