Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including community engagement and responding to inquiries or comments.
  • Develop social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to track progress, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content, visuals, and videos.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
