About the role

Tosen Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor to join our food manufacturing facility in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. As a fulltime employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while contributing to the overall success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to monitor and assess product quality at all stages of the manufacturing process
  • Conducting regular inspections, audits and testing to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities
  • Analysing data and generating detailed reports to track quality metrics and trends
  • Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency
  • Ensuring the facility and all operations comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control protocols and best practices
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality assurance efforts

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance or a related field
