About the Role:

We are seeking a
highly creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator Manager
with a strong background in video content creation especially for platforms like
TikTok and Instagram Reels
. You will be responsible for
conceptualizing, creating, editing, and managing engaging short-form video content
that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of engaging and high-performing video content
    for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop content concepts from scratch
    , aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Stay ahead of trends on social platforms to ensure the brand is relevant and competitive.
  • Write scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs for social content.
  • Shoot and edit short-form videos
    , ensuring they are optimized for mobile-first platforms.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to align messaging and promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, or brand ambassadors when needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth.
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, with a focus on community engagement and viral growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Content Creator or Social Media Manager
    , preferably for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong portfolio of TikTok and/or Instagram Reels content
    (please provide links or samples).
  • Demonstrated
    ability to create content from ideation to final edit
    .
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and/or directing talent.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of tone-of-voice.
  • Excellent time management and project organization skills.
  • Ability to work onsite independently and manage multiple content calendars.

  • Existing social media presence or following on TikTok or Instagram.
  • Experience working with influencer campaigns or UGC strategies.
  • Background in marketing, branding, or creative direction.
