Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

● Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance standards.

● Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Operations Oversight

● Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in inventory handling.

● Ensure proper loading, unloading, sorting, and storing of goods.

● Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

Process Optimization

● Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.

● Collaborate with management to develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

● Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to optimize operations.

Inventory Management

● Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.

● Coordinate with inventory control teams to address discrepancies.

● Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs.

Health & Safety Compliance

● Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure staff compliance with regulations.

● Conduct safety training and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.

● Investigate and report any incidents or accidents promptly.

Reporting and Communication

● Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

● Communicate effectively with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to address issues and fulfill requirements.

● Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues or challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.

● Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

● Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Knowledge of inventory management practices and health & safety regulations.

● Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
