  1. Oversees the daily warehouse Operations including receiving, dispatching, and ordering/requesting.

  2. Prepares and submits daily and monthly reports such as Warehouse Daily Report (total dispatches per store, deliveries received, and monthly reports (In-Store Monthly Consumption Report and In-Store Audit Report).

  3. Arranges the schedules of the Warehouse Assistants, Warehousemen, and Drivers

  4. Flexible and knowledgeable of the duties and responsibilities of a Warehouse Assistant.

  5. Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor in all aspects of warehouse operations.

  6. Helps to motivate the warehouse team to meet and exceed goals, and standards.

  7. Ensure all warehouse team members are following all safety standards.

  8. Learn specifics for inventory and management.

  9. Accurately pulls, fills, packs, and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.

  10. Assists and monitors Warehouseman, Warehouse Assistant, and drivers with loading products in the vehicle by hand.

  11. Ensures the warehouse stays safe, clean, clutter-free, and operating efficiently.

  12. Signs and dates delivery sheets noting all adjustments and/or damage to the products and reports any quality or inventory discrepancy issues.

  13. Maintains and monitors the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.

  14. Ensures all the documentation related to responsibility is accurately processed, distributed, and released to all concerned in a timely manner.

  15. Ensures all responsibilities comply with any company policy, systems, and industry.

  16. Reports all warehouse activities monthly for stock inventory.

  17. Participates in conducting inventory and Store audits.

  18. Ensures physical stocks take correct in comparison to the system and explain any variances.

  19. Close coordination with Warehouse Supervisor and other Warehouse sites.

  20. Oversees and checks the attendance and grooming of warehousemen and warehouse assistants.

  21. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
