About the role

As the Warehouse Head at Unilogix, Inc., you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced warehouse facility in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all warehouse activities, from inventory control to order fulfillment. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and delivery of excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
  2. Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline warehouse workflows
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  5. Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing training and support as needed
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  3. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
  4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  6. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
  7. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
