  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling software or facility management systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
