RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with various departments for the overall development of DMCI Homes projects
  • Responsible for monitoring projects and concerns from overall business perspective
  • Recommend project decisions
  • In charge of pricing computations and strategies (cost and budget monirtoring of DMCI Homes projects)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be analytic and detail-oriented
  • Must have knowledge or interest in real estate
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have excellent decision-making skills
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Position is open for fresh graduates with excellent academic records
