We are looking for a Sales Admin to join our BYD Vehicle Sales & Marketing team. The Sales Admin will handle administrative tasks, sales documentation, and coordination to support the sales team in delivering seamless customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process sales contracts, invoices, and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer files.
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle releases.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales consultants and sales head.
  • Monitor inventory availability and assist in sales reporting.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to documentation and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with BYD sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or related role (automotive experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
