Sales Admin

We are looking for a Sales Admin to join our BYD Vehicle Sales & Marketing team. The Sales Admin will handle administrative tasks, sales documentation, and coordination to support the sales team in delivering seamless customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process sales contracts, invoices, and related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer files.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle releases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales consultants and sales head.
- Monitor inventory availability and assist in sales reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries related to documentation and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with BYD sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support, or related role (automotive experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
