Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all design considerations pertaining to the trucks
  • Ensures that all designs are accurate and correspond to the correct materials and bill of quantities
  • Must be able to understand and learn the fundamentals of equipment systems, including hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic applications
  • Suggests technical knowledge with regards to use of materials for improving truck quality
  • Works hand in hand with the production manager to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise workers on the correct measurements, specs and materials used
  • Goes to meetings in and out of the office for presentation and discussions of the technical drawing and specifications
  • All other documentations that he/she may be required of

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be graduate with a bachelor's degree in related field
  • at least 1 - 2 year experience in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D or 3D) or any similar software
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be flexible, dedicated to work, competitive and a good team player
  • Must be willing to work on a 6-day work-week schedule.
