Key Responsibilities

Event Support & Coordination:

  • Support the Events and XP Leads in the detailed pre-event planning and execution of all events, activations, and experiences assigned to the team.
  • Coordination of critical logistics, such as but not limited to venue arrangements, technical setup, fabrications, and event material production.
  • Help manage relationships with various vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate event timelines, checklists, and task tracking.

Experiential Contribution:

  • Collaborate with the Events & XP Leads in researching and sourcing engaging elements for experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Support the seamless integration of branding and design elements across all event and experiential touchpoints.

Budget & Administrative Assistance:

  • Help track event expenses, process invoices, and manage relevant documentation to support budget adherence.
  • Maintain organized event files, databases, and resource libraries.
  • Handle general administrative tasks essential for smooth event operations.

On-site Event Execution:

  • Provide hands-on support during event setup, live execution, and breakdown, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.
  • Assist in managing on-site communications and troubleshooting minor issues during events.

Post-Event Support:

  • Help gather event data and feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
  • Support the compilation of post-event summaries and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work effectively with the cross-functional teams in marketing, brand teams, territory, and others to ensure events align with broader company goals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in events and activations, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Preferably from a fast-paced environment like FMCG, telco, or media/production companies.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to various projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating engaging experiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
