We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to support our business development efforts and help drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working at the intersection of sales and marketing.

You will be responsible for assisting with lead qualification, preparing proposals, managing sales inboxes, and coordinating marketing efforts, including simple content management and cold email outreach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support:

  • Qualify incoming leads and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Draft and prepare proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documents.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in sales inboxes promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and follow up on sales calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM.

Marketing Support:

  • Manage and distribute simple marketing content across email and social platforms.
  • Assist with writing and sending cold outreach emails to prospective clients.
  • Track engagement and report on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role preferred. Fresh Graduates welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using email, and basic office software (Google Workspace, MS Office).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
