  • Graduate of any 4 years Business course or any equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years working experience in FMCG, experience in food and beverage company is an advantage.
  • With strong and deep knowledge in route-to-market strategies
  • Willing to travel nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement various route-to-market strategies in given sales territories
  • Generate actionable data analytics in given sales territories to improve business performance
  • Execute identified strategies on route to market, Distributor and Territory Management with the objective of achieving business objectives in a given sales Territory
  • Ensure company standards are met within the context of Distributor Management and direct selling teams
  • Drive systems and processes to support both Distributor and direct selling operations
