Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed CPA who is eager to bring their accounting expertise to the next level. As an Accounting Officer, you'll take on a leadership role in financial reporting, compliance, and audit support. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and have a passion for continuous improvement in accounting processes, this is the opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing—including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records, from ledgers to bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and file Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Returns (ITRs)
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit season
  • Oversee PCAB License renewal and upgrades for assigned companies
  • Manage master data setup and maintenance in Business Central (ERP)

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or audit (corporate/firm)
  • Proficient in Financial Statement Reporting (FS)
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, MS Dynamics, and other accounting tools
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
