Clinical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and policies.
- Monitor and record patients conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy safely and accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain updated patient records.
- Adhere to infection control standards and promote patient safety at all times.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
