Position Overview

The Skin Consultant is responsible for providing expert skincare consultations, promoting treatments and products, and helping the clinic meet sales targets. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, passionate about skincare and wellness, and confident in handling both in-clinic and online client inquiries.

Note: This role is also open to licensed nurses with aesthetic background. Applicants with this profile may be considered for a higher compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and recommend personalized treatments and products
  • Actively support the clinic in reaching monthly sales and branch quotas
  • Answer client inquiries on social media and assist with online leads
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
  • Upsell services and encourage rebooking and product purchases
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with follow-ups
  • Stay updated on beauty trends and treatment knowledge

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, aesthetics, or skincare consultation
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and willing to take on sales challenges
  • Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and online)
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
  • Willing to work weekends and shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php35,000.00 per month
