We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Intern to join our Inventory Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory tracking, and logistics support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Inventory Tracking: Help track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Support Stock Replenishment: Aid in organizing and preparing products for restocking, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock placement and organization.
  • Conduct Stock Audits & Cycle Counts: Assist with routine stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies or potential issues with inventory.
  • Assist in Order Fulfillment: Support in preparing and picking orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly selected, packed, and labeled.
  • Warehouse Organization: Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring products are stored according to system specifications (FIFO, location codes, etc.).
  • Inventory Data Entry: Accurately input inventory movements, product updates, and other relevant data into internal systems.
  • Assist with Shipping & Receiving: Help the warehouse team with processing incoming shipments, verifying product quantities, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Monitor Warehouse Equipment: Support in monitoring and maintaining warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., scanners, pallets, forklifts) to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to operational efficiency.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
