Pricing
To conduct regular audit of customer prices based on daily sales report. To ensure
that prices given to customers are aligned with pricing matrix.
Inventory & Procurement
To conduct random count of company's inventory. To ensure inventory is aligned with
records per books vs actual count.
To ensure proper documentation of asset procurement. To ensure completeness of
inventory and procurement documents. To validate correctness of information based
on given inventory and procurement reports.
Credit & Collection
To conduct random visits or calls on customers for confirmation of receivables.
To ensure that customer credit terms are properly followed based on company policy.
Treasury
To conduct surprise count of cashier's fund. To ensure that total cash fund is
complete and supported by receipts.
To ensure proper documentation and lines of approval for cashier's fund
Bookkeeping/Accounting
To participate and assist on annual audit of financial statements.
To conduct random checking of accounting entries. To ensure proper documentation
of records.
HR
To conduct random audit of payroll register. To ensure proper deductions and salary
adjustments are reflected.
To align with HR any action items needed on any audit matters, if applicable. To
create company internal memos, if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
