DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, checks and audits and validates all expenses (operating and promotional – cash and noncash) submitted by sales offices for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company's policies, procedures and regulations.
- Ensures updated records of Marketing Companies' payables that all documents are properly kept and systematically filed.
- Account all billable expenses to Principals.
- Checks and validates submitted Official Receipts, Sales Invoices, PSERs, Job Order, Petty Cash Vouchers, Paying Vouchers, EWT and VAT computation with the authorized signatories.
- Prepares and submits YAGO operating expenses (for revolving fund), summary of extracted cash expenses from SOAS, and summary of rejected expenses to Supervisor for consolidation
- Account all expenses attributable to principals. Ensures all expenses were accounted and billed to principals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any business related course
- With at least one (1) year of work related experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
