About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic and growing team at ATLAS MANPOWER EXPONENTS COMPANY INC'. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in San Pedro City, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, seeking to find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date
  • Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of any work experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Proficient in using various software and communication tools to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluency in both English and the local language is essential
